  • To ensure proper installation and safe display of our stork signs, we require a traditional, residential lawn. We cannot install the signs in areas covered with rocks, gravel, concrete, mulch, pinestraw, raised beds, garden pots, etc. Our team will safely drive a metal stake 10 inches into the ground for proper and safe setup. If you have any questions about installation or location requirements, feel free to reach out!

  • Reservations are accepted for scheduled births or events. For scheduled deliveries, book in advance to secure your preferred delivery date. If it is a surprise arrival, give us a call as soon as the baby is born and we will aim to set up the stork within 24-48 hours. Orders requested within 24 hours may be subject to a rush fee. 

    We understand that sometimes hospital discharge days and times can be unpredictable and often with little notice. We will do our best to accommodate your needs should any of these factors change, just give us a heads up as soon as possible!

  • For birth announcements, our storks are available for a five day rental. For events, we offer a one day rental. If you need a stork for a different time period, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate. 

  • We will install the sign in your front yard, visible from the road. If you have a specific placement request, let us know prior to arrival and we will do our best to accommodate. 

  • To place your order, contact us via email, phone or social media with your date and we will get you scheduled. We will send a follow up email with a few questions and an invoice that must be paid 24 hours prior to delivery. We accept most major credit cards.

  • We travel up to 30 miles one way from our home address. We do have additional delivery fees for locations 10-30 miles away. Contact us if you have any questions about your delivery address. 

  • If payment is not received 24 hours prior to delivery the order will be canceled. We will send reminders in advance to ensure everything is ready for your special delivery!

  • A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date or if extreme weather prevents setup. Refunds will not be issued if we are unable to access gated communities, if the recipient refuses the installation, or if any animals prevent access. We appreciate your understanding.
